How do I return an item?
- All sales are final, but...
- Items may be returned for exchange only within 10 days of original purchase date (extended during holiday seasons).
- There will be a $10.00 restocking fee for all exchanged merchandise, plus the cost of shipping for the exchanged product.
- All lighters are sold in working condition, so any damage due to customer
negligence or mishandling of the product voids the return/exchange policy at our discretion.
